Ingredients:
5-6 large pomegranate
Instructions:
- Wash the pomegranates under running water. Use a paring knife to remove the top and bottom crowns.
- Remove the top of the pomegranate by cutting a shallow, angled circle around the crown. Make 4 shallow cuts and break open the pomegranate into 4 sections.
- Fill a large bowl with cool water. Break apart the pomegranate arils underneath the water. Drain the water from the pomegranate arils when you’re done separating them from the rind.
